Due to the nature of collectible trading card products, including Japanese Pokémon cards, booster boxes, and related sealed items, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.

We only accept returns or refunds under specific conditions outlined below.

2. Eligible Return Conditions

We accept return or refund requests only if:

The product arrived damaged during shipping
The wrong item was delivered
The item is proven to be defective or not as described

To qualify, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Opened booster boxes or packs
Items with removed seals or packaging
Change of mind after purchase
Items not in original condition

All sealed trading card products must remain unopened to be eligible for review.

4. Refund Process

If your return request is approved, we will process a refund or replacement depending on the situation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but typically take 5–10 business days after approval.

5. Return Shipping
